Banshee Audio a annoncé, lors du CES 2006, le lancement d’un système 5.0 all-in-one à connecter à un iPod, une PSP ou tout autre lecteur multimédia portable. Il fonctionne à l’aide de 5 haut-parkeurs indépendants, le tout dans un caisson de taille relativement réduite. Il fournit un son particulièrement riche, précis, clair et réaliste.
Le système Banshee utilise un décodeur breveté qui produit un son surround dans un caisson au design avant-gardiste qui lui permet de tenir sur un bureau, éliminant le besoin en câbles des systèmes traditionnels.
